UNIPOL is a International is an Interagency Organization for Peace law Order and Law . It is a Interagency Non-Governmental Organization for Peace, Order and Law and serves as a platform for education, training, and global partnership in support of lawful, ethical, and community-centered public service.
The Academy exists solely for education, professional development, training, standards instruction, and academic advancement in public safety and related fields.
The Academy is a non-licensing, non-commissioning institution and does not function as a national, regional, or governmental police academy.
PROGRAM SCOPE
“This program is a community-based public safety and civic education initiative designed to promote awareness, prevention, and constitutional understanding. It does not confer law enforcement authority and operates within federal and state guidelines supporting community engagement in public safety.

Mission
The mission of UNIPOL is to strengthen institutions, empower communities, and promote responsible public service through international cooperation, academic training, and capacity building.
Rights and Role:
As an educational academy, affiliated with Harvest Christian University, we stand under the protection of international academic freedoms. We promote human rights as outlined in global frameworks, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. While we are not peacekeepers or law enforcement, we foster international understanding and cooperation through education and training in alignment with INTERPOL principles.

Our mission is to ensure safer communities at home while contributing to global policing initiatives. We emphasize public safety, community policing, human rights, and collaborative work aligned with INTERPOL agreements.
